Singing Arrow Neighborhood Center and Park. The original singing arrow park included a small park and a prefabricated portable Office/Recreation building. DWL·NM was commissioned by the city of Albuquerque to master plan phased improvements to the park and to make it a true neighborhood center. The resultant master plan assisted with the effort to acquire funding for the most significant initial phases. The first phases include: creation of a new Centerpiece Courtyard, Multipurpose Lobby, Restrooms, Computer Classrooms, Indoor Recreation, Administration, Public Parking and Daycare Facility. Additional park improvements include: Playing Fields, Landscaping Upgrades, Walking Paths and Bicycle Paths. Heavy usage for numerous neighborhood activities has reinforced the center as a focus for interaction, fun and recreation.
